Marketing

The Downtown marketing function has extensive expertise in leveraging digital media and other innovative marketing strategies to promote a consistent stream of high-quality investment opportunities to our clients. The marketing team co-ordinate with a number of external specialist providers including; media buying agencies, SEO agencies, web and PPC agencies and a PR adviser. All marketing campaigns are created in-house and the designers then produce the creative material which is rolled out across all marketing channels.


Client profiling

Our client base is made up of many nationalities. An equal spread of African, Arab, Chinese, Subcontinent and European buyers make up the majority of this segment with smaller percentages of Russian & North American clients making up the remainder. Due to a strong online presence and an extensive agent network, our reach is strong overseas and international inquiries account for 50% of leads generated. Our database and target audience are a mixture of owner occupiers, second home owners and buy to let investors with an array of budgets stretching from £100,000 to £20m.


Network

We have an established database featuring 1000 agents and 150,000 property investors based all over the world. Both groups are kept up to date via phone and messaging services by the prospecting team in an attempt to match client requirements with new property listings. This is also achieved with the use of professional email campaigns, PPC campaigns and social media, highlighting properties at extremely good value.

In our history of sales and marketing, we have successfully launched and sold many international developments in centres across Africa, Asia & Europe. Given our experience, Downtown has developed a near scientific strategy for each market in which it operates, knowing exactly what cost-effective mediums to use for promotion. Furthermore, Downtown can predict the number of prospects that can be generated and qualified from a campaign and finally what conversion rates can be applied to offer accurate sales forecasting estimates. Finally, we understand the importance of change and also stay abreast with new marketing innovations and strategies as the sales environments evolve.

For lower cost, higher yielding opportunities, Downtown represents a large number of smaller yet reputable developers; who offer a stream of investment options in less central premium areas.
