Stanmore Place proved very popular with attendees, situated in Harrow and with prices starting from 270,000 GBP it provides an affordable option for clients wanting a London residence.

Berkeley Iftar
Downtown hosted 70 guests at the Berkley Middle East office in Boulevard Plaza Dubai. Doha Cityscape
Downtown Real Estate exhibited the Riverwalk project in a very busy Cityscape, Doha in June. This exhibition was attended by hundreds of agents, developers both local and international exhibiting projects from all over the world. The Riverwalk project drew a great deal of interest due to its central Westminster location and River Thames views.

Riverwalk Launch in Emirates Towers Hotel
Downtown Real Estate launched the waterside residence Riverwalk which is set in the heart of London in the prestigious area of Westminster. Downtown in conjunctions with the developer Heron International saw a large amount of interest in the launch which was situated in Emirates Towers hotel. International Property Show
One of the largest property shows in the UAE, The International Property show was held over three days in the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Centre. Downtown Real Estate presented the Victory Pier project by Berkeley Homes which is located in the UK. The project was extremely popular at the show due to its location and pricing amongst GCC nationals and expats.
