Downtown showcased four of the prestigious projects of St Edward including 190 Strand, Stanmore, 375 High street Kensington and Kensington Row. The stand was visited by large numbers of UK investors interested by the Berkley Group projects, one of the visitors was Mr Babulal Varma Managing Director of the biggest Mumbai developer Omkar Realtors.

Agryll Place Launch
The UAE launch of the prestigious project Argyll Place took place in March 2015 in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This showcase of luxury town houses was coupled with a UK Tax seminar presented by AES International. Attendees to the launch learnt of changes to UK tax regulations and the best way to structure their purchases and investments.
