Exclusive Cairo Launch: Onyx Apartments

The Oynx Apartments was launched by Downtown International in The Four Seasons, Cairo between the 10th -12th March. This London property launch drew a great amount of interest from Egyptian citizens who wished to own a second home in London. The central location of this project and its close proximity to the large train station of King's Cross was the main attraction for overseas investors

G.C.C Pre-Launch: Onyx Apartments

The GCC launch of The Oynx apartments took place 21st-26 st Feb 2016. Downtown International launched the development across its five regional offices Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar. The Onyx Apartments are centrally located in the King's Cross area of London and within walking distance to King's Cross station. The project drew much interest due to its sought after location and high specification finishing, including large winter gardens and balconies.

Doha: Exclusive Seminar and Dinner

Downtown international, St George and Deloitte hosted a forum and dinner in Doha, Qatar The VIP dinner event took place in the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel hotel and was attended by industry experts and existing clients of Downtown International and St George.

During the event speakers from St George and Downtown gave an insight into the current property prices, forecasts for London and the rest of UK and presented some of the most sought after projects by Berkeley Group.

Fiona McClafferty of Deloitte gave a introduction on tax and inheritance considerations when purchasing property in the UK. Her talk included the new changes to stamp duty and non residents statuses.

Greenwich Collection Middle East Launch

Downtown International launched the Greenwich collection across its GCC offices in February 2016. The projects Kidbrooke Village and Royal Arsenal were presented to clients in Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
